• Dirk C. Robinson Jr., 21, of Columbus, Ohio, was arrested this week on charges filed in October of forgery, access device fraud and theft for cashing a $1,998 fraudulent check Sept. 29 at First National Bank in Walmart, 1275 N. Hermitage Road, police said.

State police

• Prescription medication was stolen in a home burglary between Monday and Wednesday on Old Ash Road, Springfield Township, police said.

• Police said they are investigating the passing of four bad checks totaling $598 April 26 at a Sandy Lake Township business.

• Someone stole two motorcycles May 3 or 4 from a garage on Old Ash Road, Springfield Township, police said.
