Police, Fire from April 18, 2013

• Michael B. Lavin, 28, of 2173 Hazen Road, Hermitage, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. Saturday at North Water Avenue and Clark Street on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, possession of marijuana, cocaine, Alprazalom and drug paraphernalia and failing to lower high beams, police said.

State police

• A gray 2005 DMB utility trailer with Pennsylvania license plate XGJ6138 was stolen between 3 p.m. Sunday and 11:30 a.m. Monday from the 100 block of Water Street, Fredonia, police said. The trailer had white, spoke wheels and a dented left fender.

• Christopher M. Spradlin, 26, of 222 N. Oakland Ave., Sharon; at 2:57 a.m. Sept. 2 in the 100 block of North Hermitage Road; also charged with a lane violation.
