- — Grove City

• Landscaping equipment valued at $10,000 was taken from Enclave Drive near Middle School Drive between June 18 and Friday, police said. Taken were two Bobcat skid steer attachments, weighing about 1,000 pounds each, police said.

• A Maryland man was cited after a two-vehicle crash Friday on North Broad Street at Chestnut Street, police said.

• A 16-year-old was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:25 p.m. Saturday when police said they responded to a domestic-disturbance call.

• Police said they cited Roger Lawrence, 65, for failure to confine a dog after they investigated a complaint at 2 p.m. Saturday that a collie at Lawrence’s home chased a 16-year-old and nipped at his legs on Stewart Avenue.

Southwest Mercer County Regional

• A tractor-trailer drove onto the grass in front of a home in the sub-100 block of Jimro Road, West Middlesex, at 3:28 p.m. Friday and ripped out the telephone lines from poles in front and damaged the grass, police said. The truck left the scene failing to report the damages, police said.

• Jaron West, 26, of 302 Fruit Ave., Farrell, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. Friday after police said he hit a female several times as she sat in a vehicle in the 500 block of Stevenson Street, police said. West left the scene and police found him walking in the 300 block of Wallis Avenue, Farrell. He was charged with aggravated and simple assault and taken to Mercer County jail after failing to post bond, police said.

• Lorese Lynn Talley, 33, of 214 Wallis Ave., Farrell, arrested at 9:47 p.m. by Hermitage police on a warrant from Southwest police for failure to pay, police said.

•Richard Allen Fowler, of 88 Mitchell Road, Lot 141, Shenango Township, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. Saturday after police discovered during a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Farrell Terrace he had an existing warrant from Southwest police for failure to respond, police said.
