Police, Fire for June 21, 2014

- — Brookfield

• Four pickup tires and rims were stolen Tuesday night or Wednesday morning from Masury Auto Sales, 890 S. Irvine Ave., police said.


• Larry A. Austin, 41, of 1385 Bolde Drive, Hermitage, has been charged with burglary and theft for entering a neighboring apartment between Feb. 5 and June 12, when the resident was hospitalized, and stealing jewelry, a sweeper, a coat, a stereo system, a spa set, a DVD player and movies, police said. Austin admitted entering the unlocked apartment, believing the resident had been evicted or died, police said. Austin said he moved items around and put them in containers, but only took the DVD player, which he said he returned, police said.

• Cyril E. Krivosh, 20, of 4006 Hermitage Hills Blvd., Hermitage, has been charged with possession of marijuana for having a marijuana-filled cigar and two bags of pot when off-duty Sharon and Southwest Mercer County Regional police came upon him involved in an altercation at 9:47 p.m. June 3 on Thornton Avenue, police said.

• William A. Picciotto, 29, of 3751 Hubbard West Middlesex Road, Shenango Township, has been charged with theft for stealing money 15 times from the cash drawer between May 6 and June 13 when he worked at Walmart, 1275 N. Hermitage Road, police said. Picciotto stole $1,173, police said.

• Melissa A. Lyons, 34, of 3711 Fran Lane, Hermitage, has been charged with making terroristic threats and harassment for threatening a man and saying his house would be shot up June 13, police said.

• Skylar L. Hartsock, 21, of 1004 Leesburg Station Road, Springfield Township, has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a broken brake light for having a .380-caliber pistol and three pipes in his car when he was pulled over for the traffic violation at 9:07 p.m. Thursday at Rombold Road and Paul Street, police said.

• Brianna N. Morris, 20, of 806 Park Ave., Farrell, has been charged with accident involving injury while not properly licensed, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, following too closely and driving under suspension for her part in a two-car crash at 4:51 p.m. June 12 at the Shenango Valley Freeway and South Buhl Farm Drive, police said. Pot, a grinder and a scale were found in her car, police said.

• Willie E. Jones III, 34, of Youngstown, was charged with simple assault and harassment for punching a woman multiple times in the face and grabbing her arms at 10:07 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of Orange Drive, police said.

• Raymond C. Meeks, 59, of 62 Romain Road, Shenango Township; at 11:56 p.m. May 16 at Romain and Sharon roads; also charged with driving with a burned-out headlight.
