Police, Fire from Feb. 26, 2014

- — Grove City

• Zachary Surrena, 19, of New Wilmington, was cited with harassment and disorderly conduct for becoming belligerent and confrontational at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11 in McDonald’s, 201 W. Main St., police said.

Sharon

• Tabitha A. Barr, 34, hit members of the medical crew when an ambulance was called at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday to her residence at 279 Prospect St., police said.

She was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.

• Jerod Evan Toskin, 18, of 455 McCleery St., had a bag of suspected marijuana when the car in which he was riding was stopped at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday during a traffic stop at George Street and New Castle Avenue, police said.

Toskin was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Gregory Michael Watterson, 34, a resident of Community Corrections Center, 300 W. State St., overdosed on suspected heroin at about 1:40 a.m. Monday, police said.

A used syringe with residue was found next to him at the center and he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

• Johnny Coleman, 36, Hamilton Avenue, Farrell; at 11:30 a.m. Monday in an apartment in the 800 block of Spearman Avenue; on state police warrants for escape and failure to appear.
