- — Grove City

• Bryan McDeavitt, 52, of 28 Oak Hill Drive Ext., Grove City, was cited Monday with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at 1301 W. Main St.

Police said McDeavitt drove off after the blue Chevrolet Impala he was driving backed into a silver Dodge Caliber with the vehicle’s owner inside.

•A Taurus hand gun was reported stolen from a residence in the 900 block of Sunset Avenue between 12:15 a.m. Thursday and 1:30 p.m. Friday.

•Cole Vincent Hutchinson, 20, no address listed, was charged with criminal trespassing and illegal purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages for being in McDonald’s with alcohol after being told not to return to the property.

•Christopher Lee Hubbard faces charges after an incident of apparent road rage Thursday on East State Street, police said.

Hubbard, 40, of 669 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, was behind a car waiting to turn into a business parking lot in the 900 block.

He leaned out of his window and began shouting, police said, and followed the driver, a Farrell woman into the parking lot where he continued shouting and swearing, police said.

The woman called 911 and Hubbard was still shouting when a cruiser arrived, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, police said.

•Someone stole copper tubing in a burglary reported at 1 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Elm Avenue.

The owner said someone had broken in through a first-floor window to steal copper tubing from the basemet of the vacant house.

Southwest Mercer County Regional

•Berndette Gardlock, 44, and Matthew R. Phillips, 38, both of 910 Beechwood Ave., Farrell, have been charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for failing to leave property at 4:19 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of Wilson Road, Shenango Township, after being told to leave by property staff and police, police said.

•About 100 feet of copper was stolen from a home in the 2000 block of Madison Avenue, Farrell, said police, who were notified at 12:01 p.m. Sunday.

State police

•Joshua E. Guthrie, 28, of Hermitage, suffered minor injuries in a crash at about 3:45 a.m. Saturday in Delaware Township, police said.

Guthrie, westbound on Mercer Road in a truck with an attached street sweeper, drove off the road into a ditch west of St. John’s Road, police said.

Guthrie was treated at UPMC Horizon, Greenville, and cited for a lane violation, police said.

•A 16-year-old boy stole a pair of sunglasses valued at $338 during a sleepover Jan. 31 at a home on Latonka Drive, Coolspring Township, police said.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Grove City

•Anna Driggers, 29, of 138 North St., Apartment B; at about 8:40 p.m. Thursday at home on a Grove City warrant for an unpaid traffic citation. Driggers paid fines and costs and was released.

Sharon

•Sean M. Hake, 20, at 4:14 p.m. Sunday at hercq home, 369 Tamplin St., on a Hermitage warrant for forgery and possessing instruments of crime. Hake possessed six counterfeit $10 bills Oct. 19 at Ten Pin Alley, 3825 E. State St., police said.

Hake said she got the bills from a man who bought a a video game system from her, but believed they were fake, police said.
