Police, fire from Sept. 28, 2013

Brookfield

Police charged Jill E. Myers, 52, of 1284 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, with possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments and driving on a suspended license after she was stopped along Route 62 and Broadway Avenue early Friday morning.

Police said they found a crack pipe and several rocks of cocaine in the center console of Myers’ vehicle after she consented to a search at 12:50 a.m. Police stopped her vehicle for having an expired registration.

Greenville-West Salem

ä John E. Thompson, 29, of 22è Franklin St., Greenville, was charged with theft and conspiracy after he allegedly stole a car from Chambers Avenue, Greenville, on April 4 around 7:48 a.m. and drove it with another person to Georgia, police said.

ä Martie E. Valentine, 24, of 224 12th St., Greenville, was charged at 9:12 p.m. Sept. 20 in her home with making terroristic threats and harassment after she pointed a knife at a man and threatened to kill him, police said. She was also charged with possessing drugs and paraphernalia, police said.

ä William A. Ohle III, 29, was charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly trying to sell items belonging to Canadian National Railroad at 1:31 p.m. Aug. 24, police said.

Hermitage

ä Darrin R. Como, 24, of 268 Cranberry Road, Pine Township, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of the Shenango Valley Freeway on charges of driving under the influence of an unknown drug and a lane violation, police said.

Pymatuning Township

ä Chad Allen Davis, 19, of 414 12th St., Greenville, and Kody Thomas Slater, of 38 Slater Lane, Stoneboro, were charged with simple assault and harassment for fighting at 11:49 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of 12th St., Greenville, police said.

ä Jerad Michael Sternthal, 33, of 66 Shenango Park Road, Transfer, at 11:36 p.m. allegedly threatened and woman, then choked and shoved her while she was holding a baby, police said. He was charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, police said.
