ä Michelle L. Rabold, 36, of 449 Watson St., Sharon, was charged Sept. 24 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance after she crashed her car into a pole at 7:05 p.m. June 6 in the 1300 block of Hall Avenue, Sharon, police said. She was also charged for driving with expired inspection and not having insurance, police said.

ä Takeyah G. Evans, 18, of 350 Prospect St., Sharon, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday when seen going through cars parked on Meek Street and Elm Avenue, Sharon, police said.

Police found an iPhone 4, worth $400, that she admitted she took from a locker in Sharon High School, and bicycles from houses on Elm Avenue, Sharon. Evans was charged with receiving stolen property, theft and conspiracy.

Two juveniles will be charged in juvenile court for stealing bikes, police said.

ä Brian Andrew Sherrouse, 30, of 839 Ravine Place, Sharon, was charged with criminal trespass and harassment when he entered a home in the 300 block of Quinby Street, Sharon, at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday and tried to hit a Sharon man, police said.

He was taken to Mercer County jail after failing to post $5,000 bond.

ä Diane D. Phillips, 40, of 1052 Hamilton Ave., Farrell, and Altonia Johnson, 57, of 912 Hamilton Ave., Farrell, were both charged with theft and receiving stolen property for taking a trench box separator worth $1,000 to $5,000 on Dock Street at 10:52 a.m. Thursday, police said.

They were arrested by Southwest Mercer County Regional police after a passerby saw them loading the construction equipment into a pickup truck, called Mercer County 911 and followed them, police said.

ä Jeffrey D. Tilley, 21, of St. Augustine, Fla., has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for stealing $600 from an unlocked safe while he was doing work for the victim at 5 p.m. Sept. 20 at Walt’s Golden Dawn, 531 Greenville Road, Coolspring Township, police said.
