• Melanie L. Zoccole, 50, of 916 Old New Castle Road, East Lackawannock Township, was charged with forgery, receiving property, attempted theft and conspiracy to commit forgery for trying to cash a stolen check for $175 May 21 at First National Bank, 2505 E. State St., police said. The check was stolen from a home in the 2800 block of Highland Road by a woman who is wanted by police, police said.

• Derek J. Means, 31, of 27 Columbia Ave., Greenville, was charged with delivery of Suboxone, conspiracy to commit delivery and criminal use of a communication facility for participating in the theft of a bottle of Suboxone at 10:25 p.m. May 22 in the 1400 block of Bolde Drive, police said.

State police

• Kimberly S. Losch, 36, of Glendon, Pa., was charged with contraband and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia for having items in her car Feb. 19 when she was visiting an inmate at the Mercer County Jail, police said.
