A female juvenile was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana at 2:15 p.m. Thursday on South Good Hope Road, police said.
Zachary P. Richards, 19, of 5 Washington St., Greenville, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
About 70 one-milligram clonazepam tablets were taken from an unlocked vehicle between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday, police said.
Daniel W. Wiley, 52, Shenango Blvd., Farrell, was charged Friday with criminal conspiracy, forgery, bad checks, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property, police said. On Aug. 9, 2011, on Quarry Hill Road, Wiley and another man created fake checks and cashed them at local stores, police said. One victim came forward and there are several other checks out there that have not been reported, police said.

Charles Spaulding Jr., 19, of North Shenango Street, Mercer, was charged March 18 with theft after stealing a police radio in November 2012, police said.
A 16-year-old admitted to smoking marijuana and turned over a pipe and marijuana cigarette to police at 8:42 p.m. Mar. 16, in Georgetown Apartments. He will be petitioned to juvenile court for possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Robert Exline, 27, of 934 Wallis Ave., was arrested at his home at 2:23 p.m. Thursday after a domestic complaint, police said. He was charged with unlawful restraint and simple assault. He was released after posting bond, police said.
At 10:53 a.m. Saturday while arresting Gabriel Queener, 22, of 924 Market St., on an unrelated warrant, police found a large plastic bag containing 74 smaller individually wrapped plastic bags of suspected crack, police said.
