He was arrested on the existing warrant and also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. He was taken to Mercer County Jail after failing to post bond.

Luigi L. Branca, 54, at 1119 Emerson Ave., was arrested at 9:06 a.m. Monday for stealing aluminum siding from a home in the 1100 block of Emerson Ave., police said. He was charged with theft, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARRESTS

Greenville/West Salem Township

Amber Morgan, 22, of 10 Taylor St., Greenville, at 2:12 a.m. Sunday, after her car was involved in an accident at 104 S. Mercer St., police said. She was also charged with reckless driving, police said.

Pymatuning Township

Renee Burroughs, 48, of 206 Ball Park Road, Sharpsville at 9 p.m. Friday. Also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and damaging an unattended vehicle, police said.

Sharpsville

Christopher David Sever, 23, of 99 Todd Ave., Hermitage, on 1:57 a.m. Sunday at Seventh Street and Koehler Drive. Also charged with careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, police said.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Hermitage

Thomas William Powell, 24, of 219 Taylor Ave., Sharon, at 10:12 a.m. Friday on a warrant from Southwest Mercer County Regional police for failure to appear, police said.
