- — Grove City

• A video game system was stolen from an apartment in a burglary at about 3:15 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of South Broad Street, police said.

State police

• Quinn J. Wilson, 32, of Youngstown, was charged with forgery, theft, receiving stolen property and bad checks for his role in cashing a $1,997 fraudulent check Feb. 15 at First National Bank in Walmart, 1275 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, police said. Police have an arrest warrant for a second person involved in the case, Chastity M. Savin, 33, of Youngstown.
