• Jordan Jackson, 22, Youngstown, turned himself in Thursday on a warrant police issued last October.
Jackson is charged with aggravated assault, hit and run accident, reckless endangerment and traffic citations after crashes in two locations, police said.
Jackson had been arguing with a city woman and chased her Oct. 12. His SUV slammed into the rear of her car, disabling it on Budd Street and Jackson sped away, police said.
He ran a red light on Budd and struck a pickup that overturned on Shenango Valley Freeway.
No one was injured but the car and truck had to be towed, police said.
Police took Jackson to Mercer County Jail.
