Police, fire from Sept. 26, 2013

Hermitage

ä David Hernandez, 26, of 3640 E. State St., Hermitage, was arrested at 2:57 a.m. Wednesday after he walked through the drive-through of Dunkin’ Donuts and wouldn’t leave after he was unable to order food, police said.

He was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, police said.

State police

ä Sometime between 9 a.m. Sept. 15 and 3 p.m. Sept. 18, a minor tampered with the mail of a homeowner along Dight Road, Liberty Township, police said.

ä North Star Tavern, 24297 state Route 18, Spring Township, Stoneboro, was cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement on Sept. 9 for allowing smoking in the tavern and for failing to post no-smoking signs, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARREST

Greenville-West Salem

ä Roland Bruce Smith, 60, of Hermitage at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at 50 N. High St., Greenville,  when he crashed his vehicle into a tree, police said.
