Police, Fire for Oct. 5, 2013

• Anna Persch, 22, Jackson Center, was cited for speeding after her car ran off George Junior Road at about 6:10 p.m. Thursday and struck a guard rail, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARREST

State police

• Mary M. Hines, 32, of Mercer; at 5:08 a.m. Sept. 15 on Millburn Road at Old Mercer Road, Springfield Township, where her vehicle got stuck in a ditch; also charged with driving under suspension and careless driving.

WARRANT ARREST

Grove City

• Kenneth L. Hilliard, 51 of Butler; on a warrant from Mercer County courts for failing to appear for a noncompliance hearing, and Robert J. Hilliard, 39, of 601 E. Crestview Drive, Pymatuning Township, on a warrant from Butler County for a probation violation. Both were picked up Thursday during an investigation of a disabled vehicle, police said.
