• Tiffany Marie Nicole Mitchell, 20, of 408 Brooklyn St., Sharon, at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday was found on the third floor of the parking garage on Vine Avenue with a small amount of marijuana, a cigar blunt and other drug paraphernalia, police said.

She was charged with possession and drug paraphernalia, police said.

• Someone stole about $1,300 worth of jewelry sometime over the last several months from a home in the 900 block of Alcoma Street, including a gold man’s wedding band with the date 12-28-85 inscribed on the inside, police said.

State police

• A woman who possibly was having a heart attack crashed into three trees while trying to drive herself to Grove City Medical Center at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday along Cranberry Road, north of Blom Road, Pine Township, police said. Paula R. Blakley, 52, of Mercer, was flown to UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, police said.

• Carmelo Castiglione, 67, of Transfer, was taken to a local hospital for a minor injury after a deer ran into the left side of his pickup at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hadley and Long Hill roads, Otter Creek Township, police said.

• Sarah Black, 28, of Stoneboro, and Chad M. Magee, 31, of Grove City, each have been charged with harassment for fighting at 4:57 p.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of West Main Street, police said.

Grove City

• Two five-gallon gas cans were stolen between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday from a home in the 200 block of E. Pine Street, police said.
