• Someone stole money from a car on North Third Street at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

• Onalee Bickel, 27, of Greenville was cited for failing to license a dog when police found two dogs running at large in and out of traffic at 4:02 p.m. Tuesday near Shenango and North Mercer streets, police said.

Grove City

• Someone stole an iPod Touch and coins from a vehicle between Oct. 10 and Tuesday in the 400 block of McConnell Street, police said.

Sharpsville

• Erika J. Zappa, 36, of 121 Victory Drive, Sharpsville, was charged with reckless endangerment of a child and driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 10:42 a.m. Oct. 11 after Sharpsville Elementary School reported that she brought her child in late, seemed disoriented, and fell asleep in the parking lot, police said.

Southwest Mercer County Regional

• Courtney Van Hoose, 27, of 63 North St., West Middlesex, was charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest at 4:25 a.m. Sunday after she fought with three patrolmen trying to handcuff her, police said.

State police

• Someone stole prescription drugs from a mailbox at a home in the sub-100 block of Schaffer Road, Findley Township, between 9 a.m. Oct. 10 and 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

• Someone stole a 1992 blue Polaris all-terrain vehicle from Lawrence McCracken’s shed on Larimer Road, Sandy Creek Township, police said.

The theft was discovered last Thursday evening.

• David Edward House, 27, of 1229 N. Park Lane, Brookfield; at 6:33 p.m. Sep. 20 on Hermitage and South Stateline Road, police said.

Southwest Mercer County Regional

• Raven Ratasha Hill, 33, of 938 Park Ave., New Castle; at 1:30 a.m. Sep. 28 in the 800 block of Roemer Boulevard, Farrell, police said.

State police

• Ryan Matthew Riester, 26, of Meadville; at 11:48 a.m. Wednesday, arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance after he drove his car into a ditch on State Route 58, about two miles north of Delaware Road, Delaware Township, police said.
