Hour of Power has gospel fest at First Presbyterian
FARRELL — Hour of Power Full Gospel Tabernacle is growing and will conduct a major campaign for the building fund.
To kick off the effort, a “Gospel Performing Arts” festival will be presented at 6:30 p.m. today in First Presbyterian Church, 600 E. State St., Sharon. Refreshments will be provided.
Tickets are $12.50 and are available by calling 724-347-6937.
Kingdom Embassy Prophetic Mime Ministry, a semi-professional group from Harrisburg; Angela Grace opera singer; and local talent will be featured.
Tickets are still available in Hour of Power and at the door.
Hour of Power Full Gospel Tabernacle has served the Shenango Valley community for 32 years. The church is located at 946 Beechwood Ave., Farrell.
Interdenominational Clergy Women's to meet
FARRELL — Shenango Valley Interdenominational Clergy Women’s Alliance Inc. will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday in Hour of Power Full Gospel Tabernacle 946 Beechwood Ave. The Rev. Lora Adams-King, newly named principal of Farrell High School and pastor of Erie Street Church of God, will speak.
Hickory U.M. Church sets praise, worship service
HERMITAGE — Hickory United Methodist Church will have a praise and worship service at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the church at 240 N. Hermitage Road.
