ä Hickory 192, Meadville 196, Rocky Grove 218, Kennedy Catholic 219, Reynolds 236 — At Lucky Hills Golf Course in Franklin, the Hornettes made it 2-for-2 in the Region 2 mega matches as they edged Meadville.

Hickory also won on Monday at Meadville Country Club. The Hornettes lead in points from the matches with 10 while Rocky Grove has 6.

Meadville’s Alyssa Gerhart earned medalist honors with a 41.

Sharpsville’s Sara Bonanni, who competes as an independent, fired a 43. She recorded a hole-in-one on the par-3 No. 5 hole (150 yards) with a 5-iron.
