Christina Odel McConahy and Chad Joseph Pellis



Christina Odel McConahy and Chad Joseph Pellis were married Oct. 11, 2008, First Presbyterian Church of Sharon by the Rev. Dr. Glenn Hink.

The bride is a daughter of Michael and Mary Ann McConahy, 415 E. Hazelcroft Ave., New Castle.

Parents of the bridegroom are Domonic and Barbara Pellis, 2038 Debrakeleer Ave., Farrell.

Janell Gearhart, Sharpsville, bride’s friend, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kiley Cepro, Roxanne Corbisello, Allison Gentsy and Courtney Battles, all bride’s friends from New Castle and Tina Pellis, groom’s sister-in-law and Jackie Pellis, groom’s niece, both of Hermitage. Junior bride was Morgan Pellis, Hermitage, groom’s niece.

Scott Pellis, Sharon, was best man for his brother. Ushers were Chris McConahy, New Castle, bride’s brother; Nick Pellis, Hermitage, groom’s brother; Dave Wiercinski, and Malon Devine, groom’s friends from Florida; Brent Dolby, Iraq; and Michael Vadala, Hermitage.

Tabytha McConahy, New Castle, bride’s niece, was flower girl.

Colton Pellis, Hermitage, groom’s nephew, was ring bearer.

The groom’s godmother, Mary Kay Kelecseny of Hermitage was the reader.

Vocalist was Susan Woge, Hermitage.

A reception was held in the ballroom of Radisson Hotel of Sharon, Shenango Township.

After a honeymoon to the Poconos, the newlyweds live at 225 Moss Ave., Farrell.

Mrs. Pellis is a graduate of Lawrence County Area Vocational Technical School. She is a loan adjuster for First National Bank of Pennsylvania.

Her husband is a graduate of Kennedy Catholic High School, Hermitage. He is an operator for Dairy Farmers of America.
