Tara Brooke Stevens and Francisco Andrew Rodrigues were married Oct. 4, 2008, in St. Bartholomew Church, Sharpsville, by Father James Reardon and Father James Torquato of Pittsburgh.

The bride is a daughter of John and Sherry Stevens, 480 Boyd Drive, Sharon.

The bridegroom is a son of Mrs. Dolores Marciniak, Pittsburgh.

Maid of honor was Chrissy Stabile, Sharon, bride’s friend. Melissa Anderson, State College, Pa., bride’s friend, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Andrea Kunsak, Pittsburgh, groom’s sister; Julie Ward, Pittsburgh, bride’s brother’s fiancee; Nicole Scialabba, Pittsburgh, bride’s friend; Jamie Mollin, Chicago, bride’s friend; and Dr. Julie Fill Stueve, Roseville, Minn., bride’s friend.

Matt Mager, Pittsburgh, groom’s friend, was best man. Ushers were Tim Kunsak, Pittsburgh, groom’s brother-in-law; Jonathan Stevens, Pittsburgh, bride’s brother; Jim Martin, Princeton, N.J., groom’s friend; Jeremy Jester, Reston, Va., groom’s friend; Ryan Bassaro, Pittsburgh, groom’s friend; and Mike Autodore, Woodbury, N.J., groom’s friend.

Isabella Kunsak, Pittsburgh, groom’s niece, was flower girl.

Timothy Kunsak, Pittsburgh, groom’s nephew, was ring bearer.

Soloists at the church ceremony were Mary Messina and Jim Piccirilli. Organist was Paula Kubik and trumpeter was Andy Erb.

Readers were Darlene Dalaini, Barbara Stabile, both bride’s friends; and Cindy Swab, groom’s aunt.

Gift bearers were Patricia Brant, bride’s godmother; and Sandy Marciniak, groom’s aunt.

A reception was held at Avalon Golf and Country Club at Buhl Park.

After a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the newlyweds live at 426 Meridian Drive, Mt. Lebanon, Pa.

Mrs. Rodrigues is a graduate of what is now Kennedy Catholic High School; Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, with an undergraduate degree and Duquesne University School of Law with a juris doctorate degree. She is a civil defense litigation attorney at the law firm of Matis, Baum, Rizza and O’Connor, P.C., Pittsburgh.

Her husband graduated from North Catholic High School, Pittsburgh; Indiana University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree and Duquesne University School of Law with a juris doctorate degree. He is an attorney and corporate tax consultant at KPMG LLP, Pittsburgh.
