DEAN’S LISTS

• Noah Fuchs, of Transfer, has been named to the Spring 2020 Dean’s List at the University of South Carolina Sumter. To reach this academic achievement, students must maintain a grade point average of 3.50 or higher earned on a minimum of 12 credited semester hours at the end of the previous semester.

 • Abigail Anne Burns, of Masury, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Thiel College, Greenville.

• Brian Phillips, a freshman Business Computer Science major was named to the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 dean’s list at Kent State main campus, Kent, Ohio. He is the son of Doug and Karen Phillips, Hermitage. To be eligible for the dean’s list each student must achieve a 3.4 semester GPA or higher.

Brian is also a member of Kent State’s Golden Flashes track and field team and was honored with fellow athletes as a scholar athlete for academic achievement.

He is a 2019 graduate of Hickory High School, Hermitage.

• Jenna Reda of Hermitage, excelled during the Spring 2020 semester, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the dean’s list at Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y.
