Vietnam veterans honored for service

ContributedMercer County residents Lt. Col. Retired Larry Scheetz, Sharon, and 1st Lt. Irv Maurer, Hermitage, were presented the Vietnam Era Lapel Pin by Veterans Service Commission Director Brad Alan of Mercer Veterans Service Commission. Maurer served in Vietnam from 1970–1971 as a military intelligence officer.
