Registration for children entering kindergarten in the West Middlesex Area School District for the 2021-22 school year will be held in the Luther Low Administration Offices on May 7, by appointment only.
An appointment may be scheduled via the kindergarten registration link at www.wmasd.k12.pa.us under the quick links tab/student registration or by calling Trisha Bourne at 724-634-3030 ext. 1135.
Kindergarten registration packets may be picked up at the elementary office from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or downloaded from the district website.
The school asks that registrants arrive promptly at their scheduled time, and have their packet completed prior to your arrival. The kindergarten student may be present for screening at registration. Only one parent may accompany the child, and no other siblings may be present. Masks are required.
Children entering kindergarten must be five years old by Sept. 1. Birth certificate, immunization records and two proofs of residency, such as rent receipt and utility bill, are required at registration. Immunizations include: four DTPs, one of which must be after age four; four polio vaccines; two MMRs; three hepatitis B vaccines; and 2 varicella (chickenpox) vaccines or written statement with date of disease. Current immunization records must be provided at registration. Some immunizations may be incomplete at the time of registration. Proof of all required immunizations must be on file by the first day of school.
