Gertrude Ann Reagle, who formerly lived for 55 years on Third Street, Grove City, passed away at 4:45 p.m. Sunday (10-8-06) in Orchard Manor, Pine Township, after a six-week illness. She was 91.

Mrs. Reagle was born April 20, 1915, in French Creek Township, Venango County, to George E. and Effie L. Dilly Beers.

Gertrude attended Franklin schools and was a former member of Order of the Eastern Star. She was a homemaker who loved her family, gardening and traveling.

She was of the Protestant faith.

Gertrude married her husband, David C. Reagle, on Dec. 14, 1933. He passed away April 30, 1996.

Surviving are: two children, Iris Susan Hall and her husband Ronald, Walton, Ind.; and David L. Reagle and his wife Erma, Grove City; and six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Reagle is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Patricia Steele; a grandson, Steven Lichvar; and seven sisters and three brothers.

Service: Funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Thursday (10-12-06) in the funeral home with the Rev. David Reagle, son of the deceased, officiating.

Interment: Crestview Memorial Park, Pine Township.
