A funeral service will be Wednesday (8-9-06) for Mary Cwynar, 2750 Winner Road, Clark. She passed away at 5 a.m. Saturday (8-5-06) in her residence following an extended illness. She was 87.

Mary was born Jan. 15, 1918, in Farrell, the daughter of Ivan and Tomica Bilvsic Pandza.

A homemaker, she was of the Catholic faith.

She worked for her husband as a bookkeeper at the former Gene’s Gun Shop on Sharpsville Avenue, Sharon, for many years.

She enjoyed spending time with her husband and working crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Eugene Cwynar, at the residence.

She also leaves two sisters-in-law, Blanche “Billy” Cwynar, Pymatuning Township; and Ida Pandza, Farrell; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers in Yugoslavia and two brothers in the United States.
