Mary Estella Rossman Flack

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday for Mary Estella Rossman Flack, 283 Bedford Road, West Middlesex. She died at 2:50 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2006, in Nugent Convalescent Home, Hermitage. She was 76.

Mrs. Flack was born Jan. 13, 1930, in Hickory Township, now known as Hermitage, to Lewis and Martha Hedegore Rossman.

A graduate of Hickory High School Class of 1948, she was a volunteer at Prince of Peace Center, Farrell.

Mrs. Flack was a homemaker and a member of Church of the Good Shepherd, West Middlesex, and its Altar Rosary Society. She also belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Slovak Home, Farrell.

Her husband, Richard J. Flack, whom she married July 2, 1949, is deceased.

Surviving are: a daughter, Cecelia Flack Marvin and her husband Gayle, Kittery, Mass.; twin sons, Richard A. Flack Jr. and his wife Sandra, West Middlesex; and the Rev. Robert J. Flack, Order of Friars Minor, Philadelphia; five grandchildren, Angela and Timothy Watts; and John, James and Brandy Barretta; and three great-grandchildren, Nikole, James and Tyler Barretta.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Flack was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Pauline Flack; and two sisters, Helen McFarland and Nancy Christy.

Service: Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Thursday (6-22-06) in Church of the Good Shepherd, West Middlesex, with the Rev. Howard J. King, pastor, as celebrant.

Interment: St. Ann’s Cemetery, Hermitage.
