CASE RESOLUTION

William Roy Crawford, 35 of 817 W. Ridge Ave., Sharpsville, received a nolle prosequi finding on two counts of indecent assault of a person younger than 13. Nolle prosequi is a legal finding when prosecutors decline to pursue accusations agains a defendant and has the effect of a dismissal of charges.
