Tyler Jordan Nicolls, 29, New Castle, entered a no contest plea to Hermitage police charge of terroristic threats; bomb threats, false alarm and false report charges not prosecuted; terroristic threats, bomb threats and false alarm charges withdrawn; sentenced to 5 years probation and court costs.
