• Joseph William Moser Jr., 33, of Freeport; Sharpsville police charges of making terroristic threats, harassment withdrawn; disorderly conduct charge moved to non-traffic; released on unsecured bail.

• Ossie Emmit Bradley Jr., 47, of Hermitage, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of possession of drug paraphernalia; theft and marijuana possession charges withdrawn; sentenced to one year probation and drug and alcohol evaluation, fine and court costs.

• Shenira Marie Whitaker, 32, of Sharon, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of theft; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and accident include damage charges withdrawn; sentenced to one year probation, fine and court costs.

• Jasmine N. Anderson, 28, of Youngstown, Ohio, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of disorderly conduct; reckless endangerment and assault charges withdrawn; sentenced to one year probation, fine and court costs.

• Jerome Reginald Newton, 37, of 281 Mesabi St., Sharon, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges withdrawn; sentenced to one year probation, fine and court costs.

• Marquent A. Whetzel, 37, of Sharon, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of disorderly conduct; strangulation and assault charges withdrawn; sentenced to one year probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, no contact with victim, fine and court costs.

• Emily Ann Pierce, 23, of 149 Third Ave., apartment 2, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of filing a false report; false reports of child abuse charges withdrawn; sentenced to one year probation, fine and court costs.

• Da’Quan Q. Baylor, 22, of 1068 Stambaugh Ave., Sharon; Sharon police charges of making terroristic threats and assault held for court; taken to Mercer County Jail and posted bond a day later.
