Darren Glenn Millhoff, 43, of 33 Rosedale Ave., Greenville, pleaded guilty to Hermitage police charges of retail theft; sentenced to 12 to 24 months confinement, subject to electronic monitoring, 3 years probation, restitution, fines and court costs.

Kiley Elizabeth Montgomery, 40, of 177 Strawbridge Ave., Sharon, pleaded guilty to Shenango Township police charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance; 72 hours confinement, having served the minimum, free on parole, 5 months, 26 days probation, must attend DUI counterattack school, 25 hours community service, fines and court costs.

Michael F. Rodgers, 6, of 224 S. Myers Ave., Sharon, pleaded guilty to Pymatuning Township police charge of simple assault; strangulation, simple assault and harassment charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 13 days to 1 year Mercer County Jail, paroled the same day, and court costs.
