David M. Cook V, 24, of 2713 Perry Highway, Lot 6, Hadley, pleaded guilty to Hempfield Township police charge of driving under the influence at highest rate of blood alcohol; driving under the influence and two traffic violations not prosecuted; sentenced to 48 hours to 6 months Mercer County Jail, subject to electronic monitoring, must attend DUI counterattack school, restitution, fines and court costs.

Joseph Allen Hice, 36, of 624 S. Stateline Road, Masury, Ohio, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of driving under the influence; two traffic violations not prosecuted; sentenced to 5 days to 6 months Mercer County Jail, subject to electronic monitoring, must attend DUI counterattack school, fines and court costs.

Effie Renee Leonard, 41, of 211 Mesabi St., Sharon, pleaded no contest to Sharon police charge of intimidating a witness; intimidating a witness and terroristic threats charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 3 years probation, subject to electronic monitoring and court costs.

Ronald A. Mayhew, 35, Toronto, Ohio, pleaded guilty to Hermitage police charge of retail theft; 17 days to 2 years less 1 day Mercer County Jail, paroled the same day under supervision and court costs.

Myron Isaac Merritt II, 44, Girard, Ohio, entered an Alford plea to Shenango Township police charges of criminal trespass and resisting arrest; burglary, aggravated assault and harassment charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 1 year probation and court costs.

Leslie Randell Moore, 47, of 736 Spruce Ave., Sharon, pleaded no contest to Sharon police charges of intimidating a witness; intimidating a witness charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 3 years probation and court costs.

Adam Michael Neff, 32, of 736 Spruce Ave., Sharon, pleaded no contest to Sharon police charges of terroristic threats and simple assault; involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 60 days to 2 years less 1 day Mercer County Jail, to be served under house arrest and subject to electronic monitoring, 3 years probation and court costs.

David P. Patrick, 67, of 311 Hoon Ave., Farrell, entered an Alford plea to Farrell police charges of harassment; simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 6 to 13 days Mercer County Jail.

William Allen Reed, 36, of 120 Fleetwood Court, Wheatland, pleaded no contest to Sharon police charge of theft; computer trespass and theft charges not prosecuted; computer trespass charges withdrawn; sentenced to 2 years probation, restitution and court costs.

Nicole Michele Vasconi, 35, of 880 Mayfield Road, Sharpsville, pleaded no contest to Hermitage police charges of unsworn falsification to authorities and false swearing; false insurance claim, false reports and perjury charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 4 years probation and court costs.

Crystal Lynn Vaughan, 36, of 1642 Perry Highway, Mercer, pleaded guilty to state police charges of simple assault; strangulation, terroristic threats and harassment charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 12 days to 2 years less 1 day Mercer County Jail, 5 years probation and court costs.

Ahmad Lamar Williams, 52, Youngstown, Ohio, pleaded guilty to Farrell police charges of driving under the influence; driving under the influence charge and a traffic violation not prosecuted; sentenced to 11 days to 6 months Mercer County Jail, must attend DUI counterattack school, fines and court costs.

Shawn Irone Jones, 41, of 106 Main St., Apartment 3, Greenville, pleaded guilty to Hempfield Township police charges of false identification to law enforcement and a traffic violation; sentenced to 2 to 4 days Mercer County Jail and court costs.

Alexander Kariuki, 25, Easton, Pa., pleaded guilty to Hermitage police charges of criminal trespass; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia not prosecuted; sentenced to 1 year probation and court costs.

Guy Frank Porreca, 57, of 356 Jefferson Ave., Sharon, pleaded guilty to Shenango Township police charges of driving under the influence; driving under the influence, driving under the influence at highest rate of blood alcohol charges and a traffic violation not prosecuted; sentenced to 6 months probation, must attend DUI counterattack school, fines and court costs.

Dennis L. Roche, 62, of 135 N. High St., Greenville, pleaded guilty to Meadville police charges of driving under the influence; driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving under the influence at highest rate of blood alcohol charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 90 days to 2 years less 1 day Mercer County Jail, to be released after serving minimum sentence, must attend DUI counterattack school, 3 years probation, fines and court costs.

Leanna Saul, 39, Warren, Ohio, pleaded no contest to Sharpsville police charges of endangering the welfare of children; endangering the welfare of children charge not prosecuted; sentenced to 5 years probation and court costs.

Amy Elizabeth Tuosto, 25, of 333 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, pleaded no contest to Sharon police charges of failure to comply with registration requirements; sentenced to 18 to 36 months confinement, 3 years probation and court costs.

David Malcolm Ward, 69, of 1076 Sherman Ave., Sharon, pleaded guilty to Sharon police charges of robbery of a financial institution and theft; sentenced to 10 to 20 years confinement, pay restitution to Huntington Bank and court costs.

Roy Donwon Williams, 34, Youngstown, Ohio, pleaded guilty to Hermitage police charges of retail theft; false identification to law enforcement officer charge not prosecuted; sentenced to 124 days to 2 years less 1 day Mercer County Jail, restitution and court costs.
