Farrell police

• Jalysa Nelyn Hughes, 30, Farrell, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, harassment and public drunkenness after police said she punched a man during an argument at 1:57 a.m. April 26 at a home in the 900 block of Fruit Avenue, grabbed his neck and broke two windows worth $200.

• Arthur L. Norris, 46, of 340 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at 8:46 a.m. April 27 in the 300 block of Shenango Boulevard. Police said they found a plastic bag that contained more than an ounce of marijuana.

• Isaiah Kane Minor, 28, of 340 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 8:46 a.m. April 27 in the 300 block of Shenango Boulevard. Police said he possessed 0.3 grams of a substance suspected to be crack cocaine.

• Laven Thomas Davis, 26, of 735 S. Oakland St., Sharon, was charged with making terroristic threats and assault after an incident at 1:31 a.m. April 19 at Spearman Avenue and Neeb Street, where police said he threatened to kill a woman while holding a gun, police said.

• Clyde William Richards II, 33, of 2295 Orangeville Road, Hermitage, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said he was found to be in possession of a substance suspected to be crack cocaine and a suboxone strip containing a substance suspected to be crack cocaine at 11:14 a.m. April 3 in the 1000 block of Emerson Avenue.

• Fausto Williams Abinosa, 18, of 591 Baldwin St., Sharon, was charged with possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 8:46 p.m. May 5 at Beechwood Avenue and Roemer Boulevard. Police said they found 25 grams of marijuana in plastic bags.

• Demarra Joanne Wilder, 18, of 511 Silver St., Sharon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver after a traffic stop at 10:24 p.m. May 2 in the 800 block of Market Street. Police said they found a plastic bag that contained 27 grams of a substance suspected to be cocaine.

• Jessica Gail Shamblin, 37, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property after police said she helped take more than $10,000 worth of appliances and electronics between Dec. 26 and Jan. 7 from a home in the 700 block of Emerson Avenue.

• Hakeem Jordan Fitzpatrick, 32, of 206 Wallis Ave., Farrell, was charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and assault after an incident at 6:52 p.m. May 2 when police said he punched a woman, and broke two teeth and fractured her jaw. He is also accused of threatening her family if she reported the assault.

• Kendall Devonte Collins, 29, of 393 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, was charged with endangering the welfare of children when police said he stopped his vehicle on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 3:07 p.m. May 7 and told his 8-year-old daughter to walk home to the 200 block of Wallis Avenue when she was unaware of her surroundings.

Hermitage police

• Cassandra Crystal Fertig, 27, of 3778 Pershing Ave., and Daniel W. Skruck, 35, of 112 Myron St., both Hubbard, were charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 1:04 a.m. May 5 in the 800 block of North Hermitage Road. Police said they found a glass pipe, rolling papers, a suboxone strip, three syringes, a sandwich bag that contained crystal meth, and a sandwich bag that contained a substance suspected to be heroin.

• Marissa Lynn Fenster, 27, of 302 E. Lutton St., Apartment 2, New Castle, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 12:50 p.m. April 24 in the 1300 block of South Hermitage Road. Police said they found a vape pen with marijuana oil in it.

• Thomas Alan Dale, 39, of 435 Frank St., Sharon, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 4:48 p.m. May 4 on North Water Avenue, Hermitage. Police said they found a green glass pipe and marijuana, police said.

• Basil C. Gibbs, 53, of 2971 Crosswhite Drive, Hermitage, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct after an argument at 8:38 p.m. April 23 at his home. Police said he drove away in his vehicle with a man’s arm still in the vehicle causing the victim to be thrown to the ground where he scraped his shoulder, knee and face.

• Keith Cornelius Scott, 43, of 1198 George St. Ext., Sharon, was charged with assault at 1:02 a.m. May 7 in the 100 block of Superior Street after police said he slapped a woman in the face twice.

• Monique C. Struck, 31, of 1198 French St., Sharon, was charged with filing a false report at 12:48 p.m. May 3 at Lowe’s, 3000 Glimcher Blvd., after police said she claimed to have been assaulted at work when surveillance showed she was not.
