These Mercer County projects are proposed for state funding in the state budget under the Redevelopment Capital Assistance Program:

• Greenville-Reynolds Industrial Park, Pymatuning Township –– $3.25 million to renovate buildings, improve infrastructure and construct a multi-tenant building.

• Shenango Valley Industrial Development Corp. –– $4 million to construct a building in a business park.

• Penn-Northwest Development Corp. –– $8 million to develop an industrial park.

• Thiel College, Greenville –– $5 million to renovate Passavant Center and improve the Academic Center.

• Greenville –– $5 million to develop a multi-use site and renovate Main Street buildings.

• Hermitage –– $4.5 million to develop a technology center in LindenPointe technical business park.

• Vocal Group Hall of Fame, Sharon –– $5 million to renovate the Columbia Theatre.

• Sharon –– $20 million to redevelop the former Sharon Transformer Division, Westinghouse Electric Corp., buildings.

• Farrell Area School District –– $1 million to improve recreational facilities.
