A Meadville man is accused of providing two underage women with “jungle juice” and indecently assaulting one of them in a September incident on the Allegheny College campus, according to a criminal complaint filed by Meadville Police Department.

Sean Charles Donahue, 23, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Samuel Pendolino.

On Sept. 14, according to police, Donahue furnished “jungle juice,” the nickname for a beverage containing liquor, to an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old. He also allegedly had indecent contact with the 18-year-old without her consent. Pennsylvania law defines indecent contact as “touching of the sexual or other intimate parts of the person for the purpose of arousing or gratifying sexual desire.”

Donahue faces a second-degree misdemeanor charge of indecent assault and two third-degree misdemeanor charges of furnishing liquor to a minor.

A trial will be scheduled for the May term of Crawford County Court of Common Pleas. Donahue remains free on non-monetary bail conditions.
