COOLSPRING TOWNSHIP – State police are asking for help to find a man who robbed the state Fine Wine and Spirits store last week in Mercer.

Police found out that a man wearing a light blue bandana over his face, black clothes and a baseball cap approached the checkout counter and placed a handwritten note in front of the cashier demanding money, poilce said.

The man was given a sum of money then left the store and fled north on state Route 58 toward toward Greenville in a gold sedan with a Pennsylvania registration plate.

Police said the man also had his right calf wrapped with some type of material.
