GREENVILLE — Greenville-West Salem Township police said they’re looking for multiple suspects after a 22-year-old man was stabbed about 10 p.m. Sunday at his Plum Street residence.

Sgt. Paul Molton said the investigation is ongoing but that multiple people forced their way into the victim’s apartment located between Columbia Avenue and First Avenue.

“A struggle occurred, and that’s when the male got stabbed,” Molton said. “There were other people at the residence that called 911.”

Molton said the victim was taken to UPMC Horizon, Greenville where he was flown to another hospital.

“We’re looking for multiple assailants,” Molton said.
