• Amber R. Pennachio, 25, of 632 E. State St., Sharon, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. Thursday at Fruit Avenue and George Street on a warrant charging her with prostitution and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Ms. Pennachio was a passenger in a pickup stopped at 8:26 p.m. Dec. 6 for a traffic violation at Sherman Avenue and East Budd Street, police said.

The driver gave police consent to search the pickup, and Ms. Pennachio turned over a crack cocaine pipe and a syringe, police said. She also had a spoon that was burned on the bottom, police said.

Ms. Pennachio told police the driver was going to pay her $20 for her to perform oral sex on him, police said.

The driver has not been charged.

• Robert A. Pallerino, 44, New Castle, and Tina M. Brown, 35, Jamestown, each has been cited with harassment for fighting Monday at 221 Liberty St., Jamestown, police said. Pallerino pulled Ms. Brown’s hair, and she punched him in the face, police said.

• A Cincinnati man was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 11:24 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 80 in East Lackawannock Township, police said.

Paul Kubiak, 43, was treated at Grove City Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Kubiak was westbound when he improperly changed lanes, causing a westbound tractor-trailer driven by Hilliard London Jr., 37, of Troy, Ala., to hit Kubiak’s vehicle, which spun off the road, police said.
