• Raymond E. Norcross, 42, of 365 1/2 N. Oakland Ave., Sharon, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. Monday at U.S. Route 62 and state Route 82 in Masury on a warrant for contempt of court issued by Eastern District Court in Brookfield, police said.

Police issued Norcross, a passenger in a disabled vehicle, a summons for possession of marijuana and a marijuana pipe after police said they found the items on him. He was taken to Trumbull County Jail in Warren, police said.


• Jeromy Blair, 29, of 2500 N. Water Ave., Hermitage, turned himself in at the Sharon police station at 8:30 a.m. Monday on a warrant for burglary, criminal conspiracy and criminal mischief, police said.

On March 19, Blair broke a window of a home in the 100 block of First Avenue and gathered up a Sony PlayStation, CDs and DVDs, police said, but neighbors called police before he could leave.

Police said they waited to file charges until the resident could be located.
