� Someone broke into the Jamestown Baseball Association concession stand between May 1 and 4 at the complex off of Liberty Street and stole $100 in candy and soft drinks, police said.


� Darryl L. Boyce, 23, of 458 Ohio St., was charged with simple assault at 3:21 p.m. Wednesday at home, police said.

� Marlene R. King, 31, of 664 S. Oakland Ave., Sharon, was charged with harassment and criminal mischief at 8:55 p.m. Thursday at 205 Bank Place, police said.

� Jennifer L. Schuller, 25, of 103 Fourth Ave. Apartment 2, Sharon, was charged with aggravated assault and three counts of disorderly conduct after she scratched and tried to bite a policeman at 11:53 p.m. Tuesday in the emergency room at Sharon Regional Health System, police said.

� Tools, a computer, a copy machine, speakers, a compact disc player, an undetermined amount of money and other items were stolen Tuesday night or Wednesday morning from Neshannock Alliance Church, 3109 S. Keel Ridge Road, Shenango Township, police said.



� Malissa Young, 19, of 635 Robertson Road, Hermitage; at 9:26 p.m. May 2 on North Buhl Farm Drive; also charged with underage consumption and a lane violation.

� Richard Scott, 44, of 523� Thornton St., Sharon; at 1:16 a.m. Wednesday on Highland Road; also charged with stop and yield sign and lane violations.
