• Tamara E. Blair, 22, of 1810 Pine Hollow Blvd., Hermitage, has been charged with acquiring Oxycodone, a prescription pain reliever, by misrepresentation, and attempting to acquire Oxycodone by misrepresentation.
She obtained the drug with a fraudulent prescription Aug. 17 at Wal-Mart, 1275 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, said the state Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control.
She tried to obtain the drug Oct. 2, but was turned away when the pharmacist called the doctor to verify the prescription and was told the doctor did not write it, police said.
Greenville-West Salem Township
• Albert Emph, 53, of 356 Wise Road, West Salem Township, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. Thursday at home on charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, police said.
Police said they were called to a domestic dispute and were told that Emph has said he would shoot police if they responded, police said. When police arrived, he came outside without incident, police said.
Hempfield Township police assisted.
• Guy Simpson, 21, of 457 Lucy St., Masury, has been charged with access device fraud and identity theft.
Simpson used a credit card stolen from a neighbor to make $239 worth of purchases between Sept. 26 and Oct. 30 at five Hermitage restaurants and a business, and a Shenango Township motel, police said.
• A Pittsburgh woman has been charged with having a variety of drugs in her car.
Della M. Harris, 40, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. June 30 after her eastbound car was stopped for erratic driving and having an illegal license plate cover on Interstate 80, Shenango Township, police said.
Ms. Harris gave police consent to search the car and they found 78 grams of crack cocaine; 145 grams of powder cocaine; 51 tablets of dihydrocodeinone, a prescription, opium-derived cough suppressant; 1.1 grams of marijuana; a digital scale with cocaine residue on it; and $9,483, police said.
Ms. Harris ran away, but was caught soon after, police said.
She was charged with possession of crack and dihydrocodeinone with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
