YOUNGSTOWN – A 17-year-old boy was indicted Friday on a charge of aggravated murder for the March 2018 killing of Farrell teenager Damon Marinoff.

Antonio Davis, of Youngstown, Ohio, is charged with shooting and killing Marinoff, 15, of Farrell, just after 7 p.m. March 22, 2018, on the 700 block of Sherwood Avenue. Police said Marinoff had arranged to meet Davis at the home to sell him an iPhone.

Youngstown police Capt. Brad Blackburn said Marinoff posted iPhones for sale using a smartphone app.

The victim received a response, and he planned a meeting at the Youngstown home.

Blackburn said Jonathan Norwood, 20, of Sharon, drove Marinoff to the house.

When they arrived at the meeting point, police said two individuals came down off the porch and walked to the waiting car.

Blackburn said they then pulled guns, robbed the victims, shot Marinoff and ran away.

Norwood was not injured during the robbery.

Davis is also indicted on on count of murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.
