This week on the New Generation podcast Penn State Shenango athletic director Amanda Howett joins the show to talk about her new role at the university. In just over a year, Howett has increased the number of sports offered at the university from two programs to four and is preparing a fifth. Howett's devotion to improving athletics at the university gained attention on a national level when she was named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list.
