Kennedy Catholic High, keyed by a quintet of titlists, won Wednesday’s 13th annual Buhl Farm Invitational tennis tournament.

At Buhl Farm Park, Megan O’Malley and Jensen Kirila, at 2nd and 4th singles, and the doubles duos of Jacque Kirila-Rachel Namey, Monica Bober-Kelsey George and Emily Hruska-April Shernisky claimed crowns in the 156-competitor event.

Coach Frank Bober’s Kennedy Catholic contingent (45) outdistanced Grove City (28), Wilmington (24), Hickory (17), Oil City (6), Sharon and Greenville (7) and Franklin for the team title, tourney director Sue McLaughlin reported.

Wilmington’s Shelby Guarnieri and Grove City’s Abigail Casalnova won at 1st and 3rd singles, respectively.
