The Keystone Wrestling Youth/Junior High State Championships took place recently at Monroeville Convention Center.

Logan Stewart, from Lake Latonka who attends Pa Cyber 12, won his first state title, competing in the 12-years and younger, 90-pound bracket. 

Stewart defeated Lake Lehman’s Weston Borgers, 4-2, in an overtime quarterfinals match, and defeated Neshaminy’s Colin Walther, 3-2, in the semifinals. He faced Brentwood’s Drake McClure in the finals, winning 4-2.

Stewart has won the local area state qualifier 6 years in-a-row (2016-21) and placed 6th at the state tournament in 2017, 5th in 2018, and 7th in 2019.
